Sweet and spicy with a little kick of ginger and tamarind, this Pineapple Chilli Relish is made for cheese. We love it with feta, haloumi or cheddar.

1 x The Versatile One: Indian Plum Pickle 190g
Tangy, sweet and spicy. This pickle is made by slow cooking plums in a aromatic spice blend of chilli, coriander, cumin, mustard, turmeric and vinegar. We haven’t found a cheese yet that we don’t like with this. If you have the time, slather a few teaspoons on a brie before baking!
