IMPROVED FOR 2025! Same recipe but we're now blending the chilli rather than infusing which has resulted in a hotter, more consistent spice kick, as well as a rather beautiful red colour! We're a small bit obsessed!
 
Sweet and spicy with a ginger kick, this Pineapple Chilli Relish is so delicious. We love it with feta, haloumi or cheddar - have you tried our cheesy filo parcel recipe? Equally great as a marinade or condiment for burgers, BBQs and tacos.
 
Ingredients: pineapple, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tamarind, ginger, garlic, dried red chillies.
