Banoffee Chocolate Pockets

We’ve used LoveCocoa's plant-based Dark Chocolate combined with our Cinnamon Caramel Sauce to create a plant-based recipe that’s super quick, decadent and indulgent! 🍫 All you need is 5 ingredients to make these Chocolate Banoffee Pockets come together. 🤌

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of filo pastry

  • 2 bananas

  • ½ block of Love Cocoa 85% Dark Chocolate

  • 4 tsp Smooth Operator Caramel Sauce

  • 50g melted plantbased butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fanbase,

  2. Slice the banana.

  3. Lie one sheet of filo on the counter. In one corner place ¼ of the banana.

  4. Top with a teaspoon of Miam Jars’ Cinnamon Caramel Sauce and some big chunks of Love Cocoa’s Dark Chocolate.

  5. Fold into triangles and wrap until tight, using the plant-based butter to anchor the pastry down.

  6. Repeat with the remaining three pieces of filo.

  7. Brush with butter and finish with a sprinkle of sugar.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Leave to cool slightly before eating, the centre will be boiling hot!

  10. Delicious on it’s own or with some ice cream or cream for the full banoffee experience! ✨
