Our Vegan Mushroom XO Sauce is a savoury flavour bomb with serious cult status. Rich in umami, medium in heat, and absolutely loaded with mushrooms, aromatics, and chilli, it's our plant-based take on the mighty XO—and it’s taken on a life of its own.
Originally created to use the leftover trim from our award-winning pickled mushrooms, this limited-edition special turned into a full-blown fan favourite. We're now cooking it up in 40kg batches and sending jars all over the UK—it's even made it onto the menu at The Ivy Asia.
Perfect for noodles, stir-fries, dumplings, or stirred into spag bol, stews, or a cheeky Mushroom Wellington. Dinner has never been so easy—or so delicious.
