Pineapple Chilli Relish

Sweet, juicy pineapple cooked down with ginger, tamarind and chilli. Medium heat. 

Perfect for all things cheese, burgers, BBQs and tacos. 

IMPROVED FOR 2025! Same recipe but we're now blending the chilli rather than infusing which has resulted in a hotter, more consistent spice kick, as well as a rather beautiful red colour! We're a small bit obsessed!

Ingredients: pineapple, sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, tamarind, ginger, garlic, dried red chillies.
