Pickled shiitake, enoki and oyster mushrooms with soy, ginger, garlic and a hit of chilli. They're bursting with flavour. Medium heat. 

Perfect for rice bowls, noodles and salads. Use the pickle liquor as a marinade, stir fry or dipping sauce. 

Ingredients: shiitake, enoki and oyster mushrooms, gluten free soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar), red wine vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic, dried red chillies.
